Cancellation Policy
Conference Room
- If the cancellation is greater than 60 days prior to the event there is no charge.
- If the cancellation is 60 to 31 days prior to the event, the organization will lose their reservation deposit.
- If the cancellation is 30 to 11 days prior to the event, the organization will lose their reservation deposit and be charged half of their meeting/conference room rate.
- If the cancellation is 10 or less days prior to the event, the organization will lose their reservation deposit, be charged the full meeting/conference room rate and all food costs.
Food
- If the cancellation is 10 or less days prior to the event, the organization will be charged their full food costs.
Cottages
- If the cancellation is greater than 60 days prior to the event there is no charge.
- If the cancellation is 60 to 31 days prior to the event, the group will lose their reservation deposit.
- If the cancellation is 30 to 11 days prior to the event, the organization will lose their reservation deposit and be charged half of the cottage room rate for the cottage rooms reserved.
- If the cancellation is 10 or less days prior to the event, the organization will lose their reservation deposit and be charged the full cottage room rate for the cottage rooms reserved for the amount of time reserved.
